Die Versandkosten richten sich nach dem Empfängerland und dem Gewicht der Sendung. Die genauen Kosten werden automatisch berechnet, sobald Sie im Warenkorb Ihre Lieferadresse eingegeben haben.

📦 Standardversand Österreich

  • Versandkosten: ab 7,00 € (inkl. 20% MwSt.)
  • Lieferzeit: 1–2 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang bzw. Verfügbarkeit der Ware

📦 Sperrgut & E-Scooter Für komplette E-Scooter oder besonders große Artikel können aufgrund von Gewicht und Abmessungen abweichende Versandkosten anfallen. Die genauen Kosten werden im Warenkorb angezeigt.


Versandabwicklung

  • Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich an Werktagen (Montag bis Freitag).
  • Lagernde Artikel werden in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden versendet.
  • Nach dem Versand erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit Ihrer Sendungsverfolgungsnummer.

Lieferzeiten

  • 🇦🇹 Österreich: 1–2 Werktage
  • 🇩🇪 Deutschland: 2–4 Werktage
  • 🇪🇺 Andere EU-Länder: 3–5 Werktage

In Ausnahmefällen (Feiertage, hohes Versandaufkommen oder höhere Gewalt) können die Lieferzeiten abweichen.


Annahme der Lieferung

Bitte prüfen Sie die Ware unmittelbar nach Erhalt auf sichtbare Transportschäden. Bei äußerlich beschädigten Paketen empfehlen wir:

  • die Annahme nur unter Vorbehalt zu bestätigen, oder
  • den Schaden direkt beim Zusteller zu melden.

Nicht zustellbare Pakete

Wird ein Paket aufgrund einer falschen Adresse, Nichtannahme oder wiederholter erfolgloser Zustellversuche an uns retourniert, behalten wir uns vor, die entstandenen Versand- und Rücksendekosten in Rechnung zu stellen.
